My favourite setting sprays
I’m sharing some of my favourite setting sprays. I tend to use setting sprays at the end of the application, or something layer it - once after liquid products, then again as the final step of the makeup application.
A lot of setting sprays claim to do different things, however to me, I judge a a setting spray on its ability to prolong the wear of your makeup and helps to minimise colour-fade.
For high hold:
Charlotte Tilbury (my ride or die, smells amazing, holds all day)
L’Oréal Infallible 3 Second Spray (currently viral and flying off the shelves - it does use up quickly though)
One Size On Til Dawn (I love this one so much. It holds like nothing else)
Hydrating hold:
Smashbox Endurance setting spray (feels luxe, minimal fragrance)
MAC Stay Over Fix+ (not to be confused with the original fix plus! This one smells nice, helps with colour fading and is alcohol free)
Budget friendly:
Madebymitchell Liquid Lock (rose smell, gentle hold)
Revolution Super Fix (new to my roster, rose smell, hydrating, very accessible
L’Oréal infallible $25-30 for a can, works like the One Size but has a very strong hairspray-like smell
